Bone Defence is a 45-minute strength class built for adults concerned about bone density and falls. Heavy compound lifts and reactive bracing, coached throughout. No prior experience needed. Capped at eight people per class.
It runs at Infuse Health, a boutique movement and wellness studio in Adamstown, Newcastle, alongside our yoga, Pilates, strength, and longevity classes — for adults who want to stay capable for the long term.
